PREVENTION OF COLORECTAL CANCER
 

 
The colon cancer is a malignant tumor that develops in the lining of the colon.  It is the third in cancer incidence for men and women and the second cause of cancer death. Prevention of colorectal cancer is a positive influence on environmental factors:
 
  •  Consuming fruits, vegetables and milk, and avoiding taking red meat and animal fat.
  • Without physical exercise, which halves the risk of cancer of the colon
  • By avoiding obesity and smoking
